Which tools are worth a closer look?

Start with what you need. Compare the differences, check the costs, and leave with questions for your demo.

What are you buying?

SSO means signing in through your company’s identity provider. API access means software can read or write supported records; scope differs by product. Neither guarantees your exact integration.

Add company context and required apps

App requirements go into your demo checklist. We do not infer compatibility from an app name. Size and volume provide quote context, not a vendor price tier.

How we choose candidates and check evidence

These are analyses of public documentation, not hands-on ratings. Candidate order counts documented matches to your selected requirements; ties are alphabetical. Better documentation can improve a product’s position even when a less-documented product could suit you. Paid add-ons can match a requirement but remain explicitly labeled. Unknown evidence is never treated as an unavailable feature. We do not rank products by commission or infer fit from company size alone.

Each comparison fact links to its source and observation date. Capability, plan access, and price certainty are shown separately. The differences filter compares capability status and documented plan access for feature rows; different wording alone is not a difference. “Documented” means the vendor describes a capability; it does not confirm your account permissions or successful implementation. A catalog listing does not verify a specific trigger, action, or sync direction. Quote-only is used only when a vendor explicitly requests a quote; other missing prices remain unverified.
